RD&S has been here as long as I have, since 1998. We actually relied on them at first, because this was a new facility and nobody in our company had watched its construction. It fell on us to get the original construction problems corrected. RD&S stepped in and did a lot of the re-piping, valve work, filtration—things that were critical to getting this plant up and running. I think the biggest challenge over the past few years has been all the new regulations. RD&S has adapted to meet all our corporate regulations and all federal government regulations, too. Over the years, it’s been a great relationship. Their techs are all very knowledgeable. The senior RD&S guys have trained them very well and we have faith in all of them to do their job.
